Who is responsible for your data

The controller of data submitted through the form is the operator of the hiVault website, Inter Web 24. For privacy matters, contact us at kontakt@hivault.eu.

What data we collect

When you join the waitlist, you provide your email address, optionally your name, and consent to being contacted. We also record the time of submission in UTC. We do not store your IP address in the waitlist file and we do not create a user profile.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data solely to manage the waitlist, provide updates about hiVault and invite you to take part in the first deployments. The legal basis is your freely given consent. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to our contact address.

Retention and recipients

We retain the data until you withdraw your consent or the waitlist programme ends, after which we will delete it unless the law requires longer retention. The data is held on infrastructure in the European Union. We do not sell it or share it for advertising purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, restrict its processing, receive a portable copy and withdraw your consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies and browser storage

The website uses only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie required by the CAPTCHA and a cookie used to protect the form against CSRF attacks. We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party scripts. Your acknowledgement of the cookie notice is stored in your browser's localStorage, not in a cookie.

Security

The form is protected by server-side validation, an anti-CSRF token, CAPTCHA, a honeypot and request rate limiting. We collect only the data required for the stated purpose.
